I got my ab bullet 2 days ago and used it for 4 minutes the first day and 7 minutes today with the 40 seconds of rest in between each minute to start and I was working up a sweat! I'm excited to use this 4-5x a week in addition to my other workouts because I can already tell this is going to give me the arm/back and ab definition I'm looking for! I'm already feeling sore just from those 7 minutes. What a great and efficient way to get in a good fat burning workout in a time crunch. I love it already. And the protein powder tastes amazing as well. I'll definitely be ordering more of that.
