What Surfaces Can I Use the ABBullet CCT On?

The ABBullet CCT operates best on a hard, flat surface.

I’m Not In Great Shape.  Is The ABBullet CCT Right For Me?

The ABBullet CCT is designed for all ages and all fitness levels.  Even if you can’t do a single sit-up or pushup you can get great results with the CCT. You will want to start with the ABBullet Crunch. Perform the exercise for just a minute or two.  It’s ok to start with half or three-quarter reps and take at least one minute break in between sets. Progress at a pace that works best for you. Slowly work your way up reps with full extensions and 7 full minutes.

Is There A “Correct Way” To Use The ABBullet CCT?

Absolutely.  As with all exercises, proper form is important.  The key to getting the best results with your ABBullet CCT is control. For more information please read; How To Use ABBullet CCT in our Library.

How Often Should I Use The ABBullet CCT?

This is really personal preference.  However, we have found that for best results you should use your ABBullet CCT 5 Days per week for at least 7 minutes each day. The most popular cycle is 3 days of exercise, 1 day rest, 2 days of exercise, 1 day rest, Repeat.

How Do I Clean The ABBullet CCT?

Simply use a clean, dry cloth to wipe down your CCT after each use.  Do not spray your CCT with water or any type of chemical.  You may use a damp cloth if necessary for cleaning the exterior but always follow this up by wiping off any excess moisture with a clean dry cloth.
